Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist for a part-time position in our general practice. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, which will enable you to take part in a unique practice that prioritizes ethical treatment and patient education. Here, you will have the opportunity to address foundational health issues and work closely with our patients to create individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional dental care, including but not limited to:

- Conducting thorough patient examinations, including oral cancer screenings, periodontal assessments, and gingivitis treatments.
- Performing various dental hygiene procedures, such as scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, and ultrasonic scaling.
- Utilizing advanced technology, including digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and the iTero system for orthodontic assessments.
- Educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene and maintaining long-term health.
- Documenting patient records meticulously and ensuring patient recall is properly managed.
- Collaborating effectively with our team to provide seamless chair-side assistance during procedures.

What We Offer:

We provide a supportive environment with essential personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and comfort. Enjoy a structured workday, where you will see one patient at a time, devoting approximately one hour to each, including a 30-minute lunch break. Compensation ranges from $55 to $60 per hour, reflecting our commitment to recognize the skills and experience you bring to our practice.
