As we continue to grow and build our reputation in the Willis community, we are excited to expand our dedicated team by welcoming a talented Dental Hygienist to join us on a full-time basis.

As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will play a pivotal role in the patient experience. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, including but not limited to calculus removal, fluoride treatments, gingivitis screenings and treatments, oral cancer screenings, and patient education. Here, you will focus on one patient at a time, allowing you to provide individualized care. You can expect to spend around 1 hour for recall visits and up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for new patients and half-mouth deep cleanings (SRPs).

We aim to maintain a balance between a fast-paced environment and the quality of care we deliver, allowing for lunch breaks and snack provisions throughout the day.

As a growing practice, we are looking for an enthusiastic hygienist who is not only confident in patient education but also eager to contribute to a thriving workplace. This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $60, plus PTO after your first year with us.
