We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Assistant to join our long-standing, solo private practice. With over 20 years of providing exceptional care, our practice operates under a unique, concierge-style model, ensuring our patients receive personalized attention without corporate constraints.
Our medium-sized team, consisting of one caring dentist and one full-time hygienist, fosters an enjoyable and collaborative work environment, where camaraderie is key. We value building relationships with our patients and are committed to fulfilling their dental needs without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our valued patients while working with modern equipment in our beautiful, well-maintained office. We prioritize your safety by providing the necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience who shares our philosophy of patient care. If you have a positive attitude and are eager to contribute to a fun-loving team, we’d love to hear from you!
