💰 Compensation & Benefits

$62–$70/hr based on experience
BAM profit sharing — an extra $6/hr is realistic; up to $10/hr has been achieved
Daily grab bag production bonuses
Dental benefits for you and your family
Medical stipend: $165/pay period
401(k) with 3% employer match
6 paid holidays + PTO after 6 months
Paid sick leave (Colorado HFWA)
📅 Schedule Options

Part-Time:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Full-Time:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

✅ What We're Looking For

Licensed Dental Hygienist in Colorado — required
Laser and local anesthesia certification preferred (not a dealbreaker)
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn
Strong communicator who can co-diagnose with confidence
Team-first mindset — you pitch in and communicate
Someone who genuinely cares about patient outcomes
