Looking for full time dental assistants in Houston with bonus plan!

We are a fast-growing, privately owned general dental office seeking a talented and enthusiastic dental assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience and is comfortable providing strong chairside support in a busy general practice. Required skills include four-handed dentistry, alginate impressions, impressions, cord packing, crowns assisting, temporary crown fabrication, coronal polishing, pit and fissure sealants, nitrous oxide monitoring, vital signs monitoring, infection control, instrument sterilization, CPR certification, and Open Dental. Bilingual candidates are highly valued. Additional experience with cosmetic dentistry, Zoom whitening, whitening tray fabrication, and customer service is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. Compensation is $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience, with additional bonuses and incentives. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and medical insurance. A 30-minute lunch break is provided depending on the schedule. Parking is available at the back of the office.
