What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:
Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day team questions and coordination
Assist the Office Manager in monitoring team performance and workflow efficiency
Help onboard and mentor new team members
Ensure that daily schedules, tasks, and responsibilities are executed effectively
Act as liaison between team and management to communicate needs, updates, and concerns
Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies
Identify opportunities for improvement and offer suggestions to leadership
Help maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
Continue performing core responsibilities of their main role (e.g., dental assistant, front desk, hygienist)
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dental practice setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven reliability and ability to lead by example
Preferred:
Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)
Prior experience as a peer leader, trainer, or mentor
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting for long procedures
Manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle surgical tools and materials
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, surgical chemicals, and PPE
Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs and respond quickly in clinical settings
