Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Brooklyn, NY

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Pediatric Dental Hygienist who loves working with children and families. This position is ideal for a hygienist who values quality over volume and wants to be part of a collaborative, well-established private practice.

Responsibilities
• Perform pediatric hygiene services including cleanings, sealants, fluoride treatments, and x-rays
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Provide chairside support to ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver seamless care
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications
• Current NY State Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong interest in pediatrics)
• Excellent communication and chairside manner, especially with children and families
• Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to high-quality patient care

Schedule
• 3 guaranteed days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Alternating Saturdays (8am–2pm), scheduled 6 months in advance
• Opportunity for additional hours based on patient flow
• 1-hour lunch break daily (1–2pm)

Pay
• $60 to $65 per hour
• Receive full time pay for part time work
