About the Office
Turtle Bay Pediatric Dentistry is a new, ocean-themed pediatric dental practice opening in Sachse, TX. Our goal is to make every child’s dental visit a fun, positive experience while delivering the highest standard of care. We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat team member who loves working with kids and wants to grow with us as we build something truly special.

Position Overview
We’re hiring a Dental Assistant / Front Desk hybrid team member who can assist chairside and support patient check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification. This position is ideal for someone who’s friendly, organized, and enjoys variety in their day.

What You’ll Do
Assist during pediatric exams, cleanings, and restorative procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos (training available)
Greet families, schedule appointments with Flex Dental, verify insurance, and handle payments
Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental (training available)
Support a safe, positive environment following OSHA and HIPAA standards

Requirements
Atleast 5 years of Pediatric dental experience preferred
Texas RDA license required
CPR certification required; Nitrous monitoring a plus
Strong communication skills and a caring personality
Comfortable multitasking between clinical and front office tasks
Bilingual (Able to speak Spanish is a plus)

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $22–$24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 3 days per week (Friday, Saturday and Monday). As the practice grows, you will have the opportunity of more days in a full-time schedule and PTO
