Responsibilities
● Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing within allotted time (60 min standard).
● Take and evaluate digital radiographs using Dexis and Clio Digital Dental X-Ray systems.
● Conduct oral cancer screenings and apply preventive treatments (fluoride, sealants).
● Document care and clinical notes accurately in Dentrix practice software.
● Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
● Communicate effectively with the dentist and team to ensure coordinated patient care.
● Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, professional, and fun workplace.

Qualifications
● Active Indiana Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered mindset.
● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
● Comfortable with digital charting and imaging (Dentrix, Dexis, Clio).
● New graduates encouraged to apply; mentorship provided.

Schedule (No weekends) Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
