We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to great our patients with a warm smile. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a positive and professional environment. This role is the first point of contact for our patients, so exceptional customer service skills are a must.

At our privately owned practice, we prioritize personalized, relationship-driven dental care. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming our guests, answering the phones, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, collecting payments, and having a positive team oriented mind set. Familiarity with Dentrix software and dental terminology will streamline your contributions, but a cheerful and professional demeanor takes precedence over experience.

Our state-of-the-art office is fully equipped with the latest technology to enhance patient experiences, and we maintain a clean, courteous atmosphere where you can thrive. We are dedicated to patient education and well-being, fostering relationships that make visits enjoyable.

In addition to our family friendly hours, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $25-$35 per hour, along with benefits that include matched retirement savings, a health stipend, PTO, holiday pay, and dental treatment. Hours:
Mondays: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (30 minute lunch)
Tuesdays: 6:45 AM - 6:30 PM (90 minute lunch meeting)
Wednesdays: hours available if desired
Thursdays: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (30 minute lunch)
Fridays: 6:45 AM - 12:30 PM (additional hours available)
