Job Opportunity: Part-Time Dental Hygienist

We are a reputable one-doctor periodontal practice seeking a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This position requires availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our office prides itself on providing exceptional care, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment to patient-centered service.

In our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base, allowing you to apply your skills in pedodontics effectively. You will be responsible for conducting periodontal assessments, performing prophylactic and preventive care, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. You will typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing for thorough and attentive treatment.

We strongly prefer candidates who utilize loupes for periodontal maintenance procedures, as accuracy and detail are crucial in ensuring optimal outcomes for our patients. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to ensure a safe working environment.

During the workday, you will enjoy a one-hour lunch break, giving you time to recharge and maintain your energy throughout the day. Our office prides itself on a collaborative atmosphere where every team member contributes to creating a positive experience for our patients.

This role is open to all qualified applicants, whether you are newly graduated or have years of experience in the field. The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $50 to $65 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
