Join Our Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!

Our commitment to treating patients like family sets us apart, and we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our thriving team on a part-time basis.

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting thorough oral examinations, providing both preventive care and therapeutic treatments, and educating patients on good oral hygiene practices. Our office emphasizes a collaborative environment, and you will enjoy the benefits of working in a multi-specialty practice alongside talented professionals in general dentistry, periodontics, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing (SRP)
- Administer local anesthetics and provide nitrous oxide when necessary
- Assist in clinical procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Maintain patient records and document treatment using DEXIS
- Educate patients on oral care practices, including oral hygiene instruction (OHIS) and post-operative instruction (POIS)

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Illinois
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental hygiene role
- Proficient in administering anesthetics
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Additional Information:
- Flexible, part-time schedule with the ability to see one patient at a time, typically spending about one hour per patient
- Enjoy a 45-minute lunch break during your shifts
- We prioritize your safety, providing ample personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, and more
- Competitive salary starting at $50 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Opportunity for doubles assisted hygiene if you are comfortable
