LOCATION
Hurst, TXJoin Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!
Are you an experienced Dental Hygienist looking to be part of a dedicated and compassionate team? We are seeking a talented professional to join our 2 general dental practices on a full-time basis.
You will be flexing at one location in Rockwall 2-3 days a week, and at a different location in Hurst 2-3 days a week, for a total of 4+ days a week.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental hygiene services to our diverse patient base. Your primary duties will include conducting thorough oral examinations, performing cleanings, applying fluoride treatments, and educating patients on proper oral care practices. You will also be responsible for charting patient notes and collaborating with our dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
We take pride in maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment. The practice provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including latex gloves and regular masks, to ensure your safety and that of our patients. Additionally, we have onsite parking available for your convenience, allowing you to focus on what you do best—caring for our patients.
In this role, you will typically spend 30 to 60 minutes with each patient, allowing you to build rapport and provide personalized care. You may occasionally see one or two patients at a time, but our schedule is designed to support a thorough and effective hygiene practice. You will also enjoy a 30-minute lunch break to recharge during your busy day.
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of five years of experience in dental hygiene. Your expertise is essential to delivering the top-notch care our patients expect. We offer an hourly wage of $50 and up, commensurate with your experience.
