We are seeking an experienced, professional Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice is dedicated to microendodontics, utilizing advanced surgical microscopes to provide the highest level of precision and patient care. As a clinical assistant, you'll have your own dedicated microscope optics, allowing you to actively participate in procedures with enhanced visualization rather than simply assisting from the sidelines. This is a unique opportunity to develop advanced specialty skills in a state-of-the-art practice.

Qualifications
• Minimum of one year of endodontic assisting experience required
• Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification required
• Experience with TDO Software is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative
• A team-oriented professional committed to continuous learning and excellence
