DA or EFDA: Private PPO General + 4 day work week + benefits + bonus

We are looking for our next assistant to join our growing clinical team!

We are open to a DA or EFDA - pay is competitive and based on experience. This position offers a competitive salary, guaranteed work hours, PTO, holiday pay, dental benefits, 401k + generous production bonus.

We’re seeking a skilled and driven assistant with a strong clinical foundation, ideally with surgical experience, who can provide exceptional patient care with empathy and education.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide expanded function duties chairside during a variety of dental procedures.
Take radiographs and intraoral scans
Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, operative procedures, and pre- and post-treatment care.
Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining compliance with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications:
Valid X-ray certification.
CPR and first aid certification
Schedule:

4-day work week
Mon-Tue, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
Wed-Thurs, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
