We are a growing cosmetic and family dental practice seeking a skilled full-time dental team member to join our great team. With 22 years of serving patients, our office values patient-centric care, excellent customer service, professionalism, ethics, remarkable service, value creation, results, positivity, and a sales-minded approach to helping patients say yes to treatment. Our multi-doctor practice includes 2 full-time doctors and 2 full-time hygienists, and we work with General, Periodontics, PPO, and Private patients.

The ideal candidate has current RDA certificate, at least 2 years of INVISALIGN experience, and strong skills in INVISALIGN and iTero scanning. Training or coaching from Dr. David Galler & AACA is highly valued. Experience with chair side four-handed dental assisting, cord packing, crowns, customer service, nitrous oxide monitoring, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, scheduling with Dentrix , CAD/CAM, CEREC restorations, DEXIS, digital X-rays, intraoral camera, lasers, veneers, and restorative support is highly valued.

We provide a professional, well-equipped environment with FREE PARKING and full PPE support, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks. The schedule includes a 30-minute lunch break. Compensation is hourly only, and benefits include 50% medical coverage, 401K, paid vacation, and paid holidays.
