We are seeking a full-time team member to support a busy, multi-doctor practice serving general, PPO, and private patients. This role is ideal for someone with some experience who enjoys working in a great team environment and is committed to excellent patient communication.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of procedures, supporting cosmetic dentistry treatments, helping with Zoom Whitening, and providing clear patient education. You will help create a positive experience for patients while maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient office flow. Strong communication skills are essential for building trust and helping patients feel comfortable and informed.
This position offers a one-hour unpaid lunch break, parking lot access, and a safe work environment with PPE provided, including disposable gowns, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include sick time, paid vacation, dental coverage, monthly bonuses, and individual bonuses. Compensation depends on experience.
We are looking for someone dependable, friendly, and ready to grow with a supportive and high-performing dental team. High school education required.
