We are looking to add a Dental Treatment Coordinator to the team! We currently have 5 Locations across Dallas-Fort Worth, TX - Irving, Plano, Frisco, Flower Mound and Prosper
We are a fast-growing, privately owned dental practice, seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for a candidate who understands the importance of Growth, Mentoring/Development, and Community .

Responsibilities:
Prepare financial treatment plans, calculate fees based on fee schedules, and present plan options to patients
Make all financial arrangements with the patient after the doctor has left the consultation
Assist patients with financial options, insurance questions, and treatment concerns
Be present during comprehensive exams to understand patient needs
Handle objections to a proposed treatment
Educate patients as necessary, regarding dental benefits
Determine dental benefit eligibility. limitations, and payment estimates as necessary
Follow up with large treatment cases and fulfill specific patient requests
Assisting in all administrative tasks at the front office, including answering phones, and collecting payments
We are looking for someone who:
Loves working in a friendly and positive environment
Feels comfortable having financial conversations with patients and fielding objections
Has the ability to prioritize and plan ahead
Loves working as a team to achieve bonus goals
Has exceptional communication skills and the ability to demonstrate these skills in both face-to-face and electronic formats including but not limited to phone and email systems with special attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrates a positive attitude, self-motivation, organization, and resourcefulness
Has a strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills- must be able to establish and maintain positive relations with patients
Has an incredible work ethic
