Front Office Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week | Dental Office

We are looking for a friendly, organized, multi tasker, and motivated Front Office Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships with patients while helping them understand and move forward with their dental treatment.

Responsibilities include:
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Check patients in and out
Present treatment plans and discuss treatment options with patients
Explain estimated costs, insurance benefits, and payment options
Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment
Collect patient payments and maintain accurate account information
Coordinate referrals and communication with specialists
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience preferred
Treatment coordination experience a plus
Dentrix experience a plus
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a busy office
Professional, friendly, and confident personality
Comfortable handling phones, patients, scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination simultaneously
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements with patients
Reliable and dependable
Ability to work well as part of a team

Schedule
Monday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Off
