As we scale, we're looking for dedicated, resourceful, and driven team members to help support our clinical excellence and patient experience.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team! In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. You will assist the dentist during procedures, support clinical operations, and—depending on licensure—perform expanded duties within your legal scope of practice.

Schedule: Full Time Monday – Friday 9–6, Saturdays as needed

Pay and Benefits: $24-32 DOE

Qualifications

Current California DA or RDA license
Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and chairside assisting techniques
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
Proficiency in dental software and electronic charting systems
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care

Responsibilities

Welcome patients to the treatment area and ensure their comfort throughout procedures
Review treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding procedures and aftercare
Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and dental charting accurately
Assist the dentist during examinations, surgeries, and restorative procedures
Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and equipment

For RDAEF:

Perform extended functions permitted under California law, including:
Placing, contouring, finishing, and polishing restorations
Taking final impressions for crowns, bridges, and removable prosthetics
Cementing crowns, inlays, onlays, and fixed bridges
Coronal polishing and sealant application
Adjusting temporary restorations and dentures as directed
Maintain strict compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
Support front office tasks such as scheduling, charting, and patient follow-up as needed
