Seeking an experienced dental assistant

Join Our Growing Private Dental Practice as a Lead Dental Assistant!

We are excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Lead Dental Assistant to our general, single-doctor private practice. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys taking initiative, and thrives in a supportive environment that values healthy work–life balance.

As a key member of our team, you will assist with a wide range of dental procedures, including crowns, extractions, implants, dentures, and restorative treatments, while ensuring exceptional patient comfort and clinical excellence. This position also includes important leadership responsibilities such as ordering supplies and managing lab cases.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of dental experience

Cross-trained in chairside assisting, dental charting, and patient education

Strong knowledge of dental terminology

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Must be organized and able to multi-task effectively

Experience with Dentrix , DEXIS, and digital radiography is a plus

Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
