We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. As a vital member of our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting optimal oral health. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient education and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for the following:

- Performing comprehensive dental cleanings and preventative care for patients.
- Conducting patient assessments and documenting oral health history.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining a healthy smile.
- Taking and developing dental radiographs as needed.
- Collaborating with the dental team to provide excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

- A valid dental hygiene license (required).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work efficiently, managing time while ensuring the highest quality of care.

This position offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, allowing for personalized attention and care. Typically, you will see one patient at a time, with recare appointments scheduled for 1 hour and new patients or scaling/root planing (SRP) appointments allotted 1.5 hours.

Our office provides a collaborative and supportive environment where you can thrive professionally while making a difference in our patients’ lives. You will have access to convenient parking located behind the building, and enjoy a dedicated 30-minute lunch break to recharge during your shift.
