The Ultimate Work-Life Balance (30-32 Hrs/Week)
Our clinical team works three days a week (averaging 30-32 hours) with a rotating schedule designed to give you maximum time off:
Every Other Week:
Enjoy a 4-day weekend. (Week 1: Mon 8-7, Wed 8-7, Thurs 10-6, Week 2: Tues 8-7, Wed 8-7, Fri 8-4)
Once a Quarter:
We shift a couple of days (Week 1: Mon-Wed, Week 2: Wed-Fri) to give you a 6-day weekend—allowing you to travel or recharge without burning through your PTO or losing hours!

What We Offer
Base Compensation: Competitive hourly pay ( $62-65 an hour, based on experience).
Uncapped Bonus Structure: Earn additional income through an achievable, production-based bonus system. We reward your clinical excellence and dedication to comprehensive patient care—without corporate pressure or sales-y quotas.
Time Off: Uncapped PTO, can rollover as well
Retirement: 401(k) with a 4% company match.

We are not an accelerated, assembly-line hygiene office. We give you the time you need to provide exceptional, patient-centered care:
Adult Recalls: 60 minutes
SRP: 90 minutes to 2 hours
Tech-Forward: We utilize iTero scanners and Diode Lasers to make your job easier and elevate patient education.
