We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join our established General and Private practice, which focuses on General and Cosmetic Dentistry. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive cosmetic and restorative dental services in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. This full-time opportunity is now available due to the retirement of our current dental hygiene team member after 22 years in the office, creating an excellent opening for a motivated individual to become part of a supportive and well-organized practice. Whether you are early in your career or bring years of experience, we welcome candidates with any level of experience who are eager to contribute to a high standard of patient care.

In this role, you will provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services for one patient at a time, allowing you the time and focus needed to deliver thorough, quality care. You will typically spend one hour with each patient, supporting a calm and efficient workflow that emphasizes patient comfort and clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold a college-level education in dental hygiene and demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a dedication to building positive patient relationships. You should be comfortable working collaboratively with a dental team while maintaining a high level of independence and attention to detail.

Schedule benefits include a standard one-hour lunch break, with a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break on Wednesdays. Parking is available beside the building for convenient access. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $45 to $51 per hour, along with a strong benefits package that includes insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
