Pediatric Dental Patient Coordinator
LOCATION
Montvale, NJJoin our cheerful pediatric team! We're seeking a compassionate Patient Coordinator to be the friendly face of our practice, making every child's visit a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will be super organized, bubbly, a smiler, self-starter, kind, proactive and professional.

Patient Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday = 7:45am-6pm, Thursday = 7:45am-7pm, Sunday = 8:30am-2pm (1x/moth) and an Occasional Friday as needed. Patient Coordinator needs to arrive 20 minutes prior to patient start time which is at 8AM.
$26-$34/Hour and PTO - Compensation Dependent on Experience and Attitude

• Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and help families navigate their dental care
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with insurance verification and patient communication
• Help maintain an organized and efficient schedule
• Contribute to a positive experience for every patient and family
