About the Role
We are a boutique, growing endodontic practice seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for patients and referring offices, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while keeping the front office running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized office atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication, including answering questions about treatment plans
Communicate effectively with referring dentists and their teams
Schedule appointments strategically to maintain a productive and efficient schedule
Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled or pending treatment
Verify insurance benefits and collect patient payments
Review financial options and assist patients with payment/financing discussions
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Support daily administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications & Requirements
Dental office experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software (Open Dental preferred)
Confidence and adaptability in learning new systems and software as needed
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
