Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and driven General Dentist ready to practice with autonomy, enjoy high earning potential, and pursue long-term professional growth. This position is ideal for new graduates seeking mentorship, training, and consistent support, as well as experienced dentists looking for an expanding and thriving practice. Our team is led by a skilled owner dentist who will provide support two to three days per week.

Compensation and Incentives
• Competitive, market-based pay
• Monthly guaranteed salary up to $20,000, or collections-based compensation—whichever is greater
• Earnings potential of $300,000+ annually
• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance, for a total package of up to $25,000 to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements
• Active Colorado Dental License
• Three or more years of hands-on clinical experience
