We are a patient-focused dental office with two locations in McAllen and Palmview, Texas, seeking a dedicated and compassionate front office professional to join our team. Our practice encompasses a diverse range of specialties, including General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and more, serving a variety of patient needs under Medicaid, PPO, and private plans.
As a vital member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, scheduling appointments using Open Dental software, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Excellent organization skills and a commitment to patient care are essential for success in this role. Bilingual candidates will excel in our diverse environment.
You will work in a supportive atmosphere where team collaboration is encouraged. We provide lunch breaks and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and comfort.
With at least one year of experience in a dental front office setting, your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering comprehensive care to our patients.
