What this role is all about:

This is a people-first role at our two practice locations. You'll be the person who keeps the energy positive, the teams connected, and the experience — from both doctors and assistants — consistently excellent. You won't be locked into one location. You'll float between both of them, supporting our clinical team where it's needed and leading by example everywhere. No management title required. If you've spent 3+ years in a dental setting and you're the person your team already turns to — we want to hear from you.

What's the day-to-day look like?

-Being the go-to, leader for the doctor and dental assisting teams.
-Collaborate with our leadership team for check-ins, spotting what's working (and what isn't), and jumping in where needed.
-Helping our Director of Enrichment with new hires, making them feel welcome and get up to speed quickly.
-Keeping communication flowing between departments and with our doctor team.
-Holding the Shoreline Way — warm, professional, patient-centered — in everything you do.
-Looking for small ways to make the practice run better and the team feel more supported.
