General Dentist / GP with Endodontic Skills

We are a growing, multi-specialty dental practice led by a periodontist & implant surgeon. We have multiple locations. We are seeking (a) skilled and motivated general dentists to join our team on a full-time basis. Our office supports a broad range of services, including general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and care across both multi-doctor and PPO/private practice settings. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a diverse clinical schedule and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role is best suited for a general dentist with excellent endodontic skills and a strong commitment to comprehensive patient care. The position requires at least 5–7 years of experience in a dental office following a 2-year residency. We are looking for a clinician who brings advanced diagnostic ability, strong treatment planning skills, and a patient-first approach. Experience with bilingual communication is highly valued, along with the ability to educate patients clearly and compassionately about their oral health and treatment options.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality general dental care, performing endodontic procedures when indicated, reviewing and updating patient records, and developing appropriate treatment plans. Familiarity with Dentrix, Microsoft Office, DEXIS, intraoral cameras, iTero, and Medit is important for success in this role. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern digital workflows to support efficient and accurate patient care.

Compensation is production-based and reflects the opportunity to grow with an expanding practice. We require 2 weeks of working interviews and a 3-month probationary period to ensure a strong fit for both the provider and the team.
