We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join a general dental practice dedicated to delivering exemplary, patient-focused care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive care and support the overall oral health of patients. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing when indicated, taking and reviewing radiographs, documenting clinical findings, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene and home care techniques. You will also assist in identifying signs of oral disease and collaborate closely with the dentist to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

This position is ideal for a hygienist who values individualized patient care. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough treatment and meaningful patient education. A calm, organized approach and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a college-level education in dental hygiene, current licensure, and a strong understanding of preventive dentistry and periodontal health. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well as part of a team, and demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. Experience with modern dental technologies and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
