Dental Office Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate dental professional to join our well-established dental practice on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience and be comfortable working in both general and private practice settings. Strong skills in patient education, treatment planning, scheduling, file maintenance, and patient records are important for success in this role. Experience with Open Dental is required, as it is a key part of our daily workflow and office systems.

Responsibilities will include providing thorough patient care, communicating treatment options clearly, supporting preventive and restorative dental services, and helping maintain accurate documentation. A strong focus on organization, professionalism, and patient comfort is essential. The ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team while maintaining a positive attitude is highly valued.

This full-time position includes a 30-minute lunch break and access to private parking for added convenience. Compensation is open for discussion and will be based on experience and qualifications.
