Orthodontic Dental Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our privately owned, family-oriented orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate has dental assisting experience, with orthodontic experience strongly preferred. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong dental assisting background, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in learning orthodontics. Cross-training is preferred.

Responsibilities include assisting with four-handed dentistry, patient care, patient education, patient charting, patient records, radiology, instrument sterilization, infection control, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. Strong communication, customer service, dental terminology knowledge, and CPR certification are important for success in this role.

We provide disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and an annual uniform allowance. A daily lunch break is provided from 12:45 pm to 2:00 pm. Parking is available around the building, including a lot behind the office with back entrance access.

Compensation: $24–$32 per hour.
