Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride applications, and sealants
Conduct detailed oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
Provide personalized patient education on oral hygiene and wellness
Leverage advanced digital tools and technology to optimize diagnostics and treatment
Work closely with our dentists and team to ensure seamless, comprehensive care
Maintain impeccable documentation and strict adherence to infection control protocols
Help create a welcoming, patient-first atmosphere
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
Active Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Passion for modern dentistry, preventive care, and continuous learning
Gentle, thorough, detail-oriented, and patient-centered approach
Excellent communication skills and strong team-player attitude
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to excel in a busy, growing practice
Comfortable with (or eager to master) high-tech systems and digital tools
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay of $40.00 – $45.00 (with potential for higher based on experience/production)
