Our established two-doctor dental practice in Fountain, Colorado is seeking a dynamic Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and help drive continued growth and excellence. What You'll Do:
Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a busy two-doctor dental practice
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
Foster a positive, patient-focused culture that delivers exceptional service
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve practice growth and profitability
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency
Oversee insurance, billing, collections, and financial processes
Recruit, onboard, and train team members as needed
Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations, policies, and best practices
Collaborate closely with doctors to achieve practice goals and create a thriving workplace culture

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Dental Office Management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Extensive knowledge of dental office operations, systems, and workflows
Experience managing scheduling, insurance verification, billing, collections, and treatment presentation
Proven ability to drive results and improve operational performance
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
