We have an exciting opportunity for you in a well-established private dental practice located in North Arlington, where we’ve been providing exceptional care for over 14 years.

Our practice prides itself on delivering quality care to our loyal patients, many of whom have become like family to us. We operate primarily as a Fee-For-Service and PPO office, led by a single doctor, and supported by a close-knit team of professionals consisting of three administrative staff, four skilled dental assistants, and two dedicated hygienists.

In this full-time role, you will enjoy the privilege of working one-on-one with patients, spending a full hour with each during their visits. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene services, which include prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, digital radiography, periodontal probing, and personalized oral hygiene instruction. Our office is equipped with the latest technology, including OpenDental software, an Itero Lumina, intraoral cameras, and a CBCT. Plus, we utilize a dental laser for advanced periodontal therapy, and we are happy to cover certification training for the right candidate.

We recognize and value the hard work of our team members, offering competitive compensation ranging from $86,000 to $96,000 annually, along with additional perks such as paid time off, paid vacations, an IRA with company matching, paid holidays, and monthly and year-end bonuses.
