Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist to become a vital part of our private general dentistry practice. Our office is committed to providing exceptional dental care while ensuring the highest level of comfort and safety for our patients.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our patients’ oral health and well-being. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our multi-doctor team, engaging in both general and oral surgery practices, while effectively utilizing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations for each patient, ensuring a thorough assessment of periodontal health and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology and techniques to provide the best care possible in a comfortable setting.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, gloves, and masks, are used to adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist with at least one year of experience in a dental practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing one-on-one care for each patient.
- Experience with PPO insurance and an understanding of billing procedures is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $62.
