Dental Hygienist (Part-time or Full-time) Flexible hours

We are a private general dentistry practice serving the Columbus area for 17 years, and we are currently seeking a motivated dental hygienist to help establish and grow our hygiene department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing practice with plenty of office space for expansion in a small, single dentist office environment where teamwork and patient care truly matter.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in patient assessment, communication, time management, scaling and polishing, taking intraoral photos, and obtaining radiographs.

The position can be either part-time or full-time and offers the chance to work in a well-organized setting where you will see one patient at a time. Appointments are scheduled to allow for quality care and attention, with recalls typically scheduled for 60 minutes for non-periodontal patients and new patient appointments scheduled for 90 minutes. A 30-minute lunch break is provided.

As part of this role, you will play an important part in supporting preventive care, educating patients, and contributing to a positive and efficient patient experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential, as is a professional, compassionate approach to care.
