Dental Assistant Wanted – Amazing Schedule with 3-Day Weekends!
LOCATION
West Caldwell, NJWe are a warm and welcoming family dental practice that has been serving the community since the 1980s. As a multi-specialty group, we provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a dependable dental assistant to join our growing team full-time.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more of experience and an Active Dental X-Ray License (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a team-player mentality and excellent attention to detail. Experience in general dentistry, pedodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, multi-specialty, multi-doctor, and PPO practice settings is valued. High school education is required. Cross-training is not required.
This position offers a great schedule designed to support your time outside the office. Daily hours are 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM, with a standard Monday through Thursday schedule. You will have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off for 3 weeks out of the month, and you will only be required to work one Saturday per month. A 30-minute lunch break is provided, with the option to request more time if needed. Parking is available in a lot for added convenience.
We offer health insurance, PTO, paid vacation, most weekends off, and compensation based on experience at $24–$30 per hour.
