Texas Orthodontic Specialists is a growing, family-owned orthodontic practice serving the Greater Houston community across five locations. As a fee-for-service practice, we are committed to delivering a highly personalized, elevated patient experience—where clinical excellence meets exceptional service.

We are seeking a confident, polished, and people-driven professional to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator / Patient Experience Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trust effortlessly, and understands how to guide patients through decisions with clarity and care.

What You’ll Do
Deliver a white-glove patient experience from the first interaction through case acceptance
Build genuine relationships with patients and families, creating trust and long-term loyalty
Present treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm
Guide patients through financial options and help them move forward with care
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless communication
Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and patient flow with efficiency and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Advanced customer service and sales skills (this is key)
Proven ability to connect, communicate, and convert in a service-based environment
Strong emotional intelligence and a polished, professional presence
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
2+ years in orthodontics preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
