Are you a passionate and dedicated dental hygienist ready to thrive in a supportive and FUN working environment? We are looking for a full-time dental hygienist to join our close-knit private practice in Lee's Summit, MO. Our practice has been a cherished part of the community for 14 years, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a drama-free and stress-free atmosphere.
As a member of our small team of six, you’ll work collaboratively with your colleagues, ensuring that both our patients and staff have an enjoyable experience. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the dental health of our wonderful patients who make our office special. We are a general practice, and you will primarily focus on the following tasks:
- Providing comprehensive dental hygiene care, including performing cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education
- Utilizing advanced dental technologies such as Dentrix, DEXIS, Intraoral Camera, iTero, and NOMAD Pro to enhance patient outcomes
- Mastering digital X-rays to efficiently document patient health
We offer a one-hour lunch break and a patient-focused schedule, seeing one patient at a time. You will spend 60 minutes on recare visits and 80 minutes on new patient appointments, allowing you to establish meaningful connections with each individual.
Our office prioritizes the safety and comfort of our staff and patients. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, lab coats, and regular masks.
