Dental Assistant (Part - Time)
LOCATION
Hatfield, PAWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable team member to join our modern dental practice on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a professional setting, and values high-quality patient care. Our office provides general dentistry in a single-doctor, PPO and private practice environment, with a strong focus on honesty, education, and personalized service for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during dental procedures, taking and processing dental X-rays, sterilizing instruments, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting smooth daily patient flow. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team are essential. X-ray certification is preferred, and bilingual Spanish/English skills required. Cross-training may be required.
This opportunity is open to new graduates, and high school education is sufficient to be considered. We offer a supportive workplace with flexible scheduling, a 30-minute lunch break, 401(k) match, and a welcoming environment where professional growth is encouraged. Free parking is available for staff. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
