Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are a thriving Cosmetic and Implants General Dentistry practice, currently expanding our front office team to support our commitment to exceptional patient care. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual with a passion for dentistry to fill a full-time role. Our practice works with PPO insurances and private pay, and we are excited to welcome someone who is eager to grow with us.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a dental front office setting. Proficiency in appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment planning is essential. Familiarity with dental terminology and experience with Open Dental and DEXIS software will be beneficial. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
As a vital member of our team, you will assist in managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and providers. We prioritize patient care and aim to create a welcoming environment for our clientele.
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and we offer competitive compensation at $30 per hour, along with paid time off (PTO).
