We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our lively team dedicated to providing high-end general and PPO dentistry. You will work alongside a young and upbeat team, ensuring that every patient receives the best care possible while enjoying a positive and energetic atmosphere. With a patient-focused philosophy, we prioritize quality over quantity, offering each patient our undivided attention.
As our Dental Hygienist, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional service. Your role will involve performing recare appointments, where you will spend approximately one hour with each patient, in-depth new patient evaluations, which typically take 90 minutes, and scaling and root planing (SRP), requiring 90 minutes as well.
We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience who possess excellent patient education skills and exceptional chairside manner. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with patients is crucial to enhancing their dental experience and encouraging the maintenance of their oral health.
Working hours include a one-hour lunch break, and you will have parking available in our convenient parking lot. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $43-$45, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
