Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. You will play a key role in supporting the dentist during procedures, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and creating a comfortable experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures (restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and hygiene support)
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in accordance with infection control protocols
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Seat patients, review medical history, and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Assist with impressions, temporaries, and lab cases
Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized
Follow all OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
X-ray certification (required per state regulations)
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
