Dental Assistant

LOCATION
Groton, MA

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant for a 10-week contract with the opportunity for permanent hire. This role is available while our current dental assistant is on medical leave. We are a small, family-friendly general dental practice dedicated to providing the best care possible and helping every patient feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and a high school education, along with strong skills in chairside assistance, restorative procedures, crowns/preparation, crowns/assisting, bridges, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, radiology, and instrument sterilization. Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend, Carestream, intraoral camera use, and digital X-rays is preferred. CPR certification is required. Special skills needed include the ability to use a digital scanner, fabricate temporary crowns, and maintain proper sterilization protocols.

This Monday through Thursday position includes a 1-hour lunch break, free parking at the office, and a pay range of $30–$35 per hour.
