Registered Dental Hygienist, RDH

Benton Harbor, MIWe are a privately owned general dentistry practice located in the Benton Harbor/St Joseph, MI area.
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental professional to join our busy, growing general dentistry practice. This part or full-time role (up to 32 hours per week) is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a relaxed, single-doctor environment while contributing to a practice that serves a diverse patient base with a strong emphasis on pediatric care.
Our team sees lots of kids, so patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to providing the absolute best in care are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a calm, friendly, and reassuring approach with patients of all ages. We value a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
This position is available due to the continued growth of our practice, and we are looking for someone who can help us continue delivering high-quality, personalized dental care. We welcome the right candidate fresh from hygiene school, as long as they hold a current RDH license. A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and provide excellent patient care is highly valued.
The schedule includes a dedicated lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. We are closed during this time, and as long as you are not running over, you will receive a full hour for lunch. Parking is convenient, with a private parking lot located behind the building.
