We are a thriving private dental practice in Harrison, NJ, seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. Our practice specializes in General Dentistry and Periodontics, serving a diverse patient base through PPO plans. If you are passionate about dental care and committed to providing quality patient experiences, we want to hear from you!
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring a smooth patient journey. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in all aspects of dentistry, with a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred. We appreciate candidates who are cross-trained and proficient in various dental procedures.
In our office, you'll enjoy a collaborative environment where your skills are valued. We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $23 to $30+ per hour, depending on experience, along with benefits such as 401k matching, profit sharing, paid time off, and monthly bonuses.
