Amazing Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Hawthorne, CAOur office in is a modern, boutique, doctor-owned practice focused on cosmetic, restorative, implant, Invisalign, and advanced digital dentistry.
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Dental Assistant who is confident chairside, highly organized, and has a great personality.
What You'll Do
Provide excellent chairside assistance for cosmetic, restorative, and comprehensive dentistry
Anticipate the doctor’s needs and keep procedures running efficiently
Assist with crowns, veneers, Invisalign, same-day dentistry, and CAD/CAM
Manage digital scans, photos, radiographs, and lab cases
Maintain exceptional sterilization and clinical protocols
Keep operatories and clinical areas organized and fully stocked
Own clinical ordering and inventory management
Help train and support other clinical team members
Identify problems and take initiative to improve systems and workflow
Help create an exceptional patient experience
Who You Are
Experienced and confident chairside
Personable and great personality
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Proactive—you anticipate rather than wait to be told
A team player with natural leadership skills
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn
Positive, professional, and accountable
Takes pride in doing things right
FastMill/CAD-CAM experience is a major plus. Experience with iTero, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and same-day crowns is also a plus.
