Role Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the oral health of our patients. You will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, oral health assessments, and educating patients on preventative care. Your expertise will help us to ensure that our patients leave our office with bright smiles and improved dental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Administer local anesthesia (must hold a valid local anesthesia license).
- Conduct oral health assessments and document patients’ health histories.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans that exceed our patients' expectations.
Qualifications:
- A degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
- Valid local anesthesia license.
- 0-1 year of experience in a clinical setting is welcome; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
